Effective date: June 10, 2026

Use this form to have your personal data deleted, or to ask for a copy or a correction. You do not need to log in or install anything. warmUP players, website visitors, waitlist subscribers, and business partners of the warmUP Ad Center can all use it. We answer within one month and delete within 30 days of a verified request. See our Privacy Policy for what we store and how long.

We use this to find your data and to send the confirmation. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we delete or release anything.

Deleting data does not cancel a paid plan. To end a subscription, use the cancellation form.

What happens after you submit

  • You get written confirmation of receipt by email, with a reference.
  • We may ask you to confirm your identity, so that we never delete or disclose someone else's data by mistake.
  • We answer within one month of receipt (Art. 12(3) GDPR). If a request is complex we may extend this by up to two further months and will tell you why within the first month.
  • For deletion requests, we erase your data within 30 days of verifying the request, except where retention is required by law.
  • Records we must keep — in particular invoices, payment records, and accounting documents under §§ 238, 257 HGB and § 147 AO (six to ten years) — are blocked from further use and deleted when the retention period ends.

Delete your account in the launcher

If you already use the warmUP desktop app and are signed in, the fastest route is Settings → Privacy → Delete account. That schedules your account and personal data for permanent deletion after 30 days, and you can cancel it any time before the purge runs. You can also export a copy of your data there. This form exists for everyone else: people without the app installed, people who cannot sign in, waitlist subscribers, and business partners.

  • By post: warmUP Game Launcher, Levent Yakin, Paulsborner Strasse 91, 10709 Berlin, Germany.
  • Complaints: you can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority at any time (Art. 77 GDPR). For us that is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
