Other ways to cancel

These channels are equally valid and always open. You never have to use the form above.

  • By email: info@warmup-gamelauncher.com — an unambiguous statement is enough. Include the email address on your account.
  • By post: warmUP Game Launcher, Levent Yakin, Paulsborner Strasse 91, 10709 Berlin, Germany.
  • In the app: Settings → Account & Subscriptions → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe billing portal.

Cancelling is not the same as withdrawing

If you bought within the last 14 days and want your money back rather than an end of the contract, you may be exercising your right of withdrawal instead. That is a different right with a different outcome — see section 4 of our Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy. You can use this form for either; tell us in the message field if you intend to withdraw.
